*HOW TO MAKE ISHIEWU

Good evening sweet sisters, Trust our day went well
Our today lecture will be starting by 6:30pm
I will be taking us on how to prepare ISIEWU alias Ibod Ebotππ

*HOW TO PREPARE ISIEWU alias IBOD EBOT*
Ingredients:
1) Goat head
2) Red palm oil
3) Ehu seed ( calabash nutmeg)
4) Edible potash ( optional) Akang
5) Cubes ( maggi,knorr etc.
6) onions
7) pepper
8) salt
9) half ripe plantain( optional)
10) utazi
*PREPARATION* :
*Cook the goat head with chunks of onion, add 2 or more cubes pending on the quantity you're preparing, allow it to dry then add a little to cook well.
*While the meat is cooking slice your onions into thin rings
*Cut half of your utazi into thin slice and cut the second half into tiny pieces.
The first will be used for garnishing while the other part will be added to the palm oil paste.
when the meat is done take out the brain and mash it up till smooth
*Pour the palm oil into a pot and pour the potash into the oil.
*Stir with a wooden spatula as you pour the potash you will notice the palm oil to curdle and turn yellow, keep turning until the palm oil turn yellow completely.
*Add pepper,mashed brain, Ehu seed and utazi.
*Add the goat head to the palm oil and stir very well using the wooden spatula
You can serve it wit zobo,chapman,red wine etc
Note:
You can also use dry unripe plantain peel to make the paste. You sun dry the peel of unripe plantain. Let it dry very well. Then you put in the fire. When it turns charcoal, you find it, poor in water and filter it. After which, you use the filtered water and mix the Palm oil and stir, it will turn into a paste and yellowish.
