*STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE EKPANG NKUKWO*.      
   1. Peel and wash your water yam and cocoyam.        
   2. Grate the water yam and cocoyam. After which you mix them together.
   3. Wrap them neatly using vegetable leaf/cocoyam leaf. And place them in a pot. In the pot you have put periwinkle and red oil.        
 4. After wrapping, put in all the orishirishi (fish, crayfish, pepper, maggi, salt etc).              5. Pour in hot water to cover it and place it on fire.            
  6. Boil it for some minutes. And put it down when you know that it is done.  
 7. Serve it hot with a bottle of fresh palm.
